We guarantee the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you are not happy, we’re not happy. You may return anything you buy from us within 30 days of receipt. See more about returns below.
Quantity discounts are available for most titles. A discount table for each product is located on the product’s webpage near the pricing. Most discounts start at a 5% off retail for 50 units. Titles cannot be combined to achieve quantity discounts. Your discount will be calculated automatically as items are added to the cart.
Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. All shipments are F.O.B. Broomall, Pennsylvania, USA. For rush service, FedEx Air service is available at checkout. Orders received before 4:30 PM Eastern Time usually ship the same day. If you have critical shipping needs, please place your order by phone at 800.633.4533. While most items on our store are always in stock, shipping is subject to availability. If your item is currently backordered it will be listed as such in the store with an expected arrival time to our warehouse. Items ordered together are not always shipped together.
We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at check out. State sales tax of 6% is collected on all shipments to Pennsylvania. Our Taxpayer ID is 23-2039609.
HRDQ only collects state tax for orders shipped to addresses in Pennsylvania, USA. If you are shipping to Pennsylvania and are exempt from state tax, please contact us so we may properly set up your account before you place your first order.
We’re sorry if our products did not meet your needs or expectations. Our return policy is 30 days from the date of invoice. You’ll receive a full credit or refund not including shipping and handling. Because we print short runs of product and are continually updating our products we may not accept returns after 30 days or we may deduct a 15% restocking charge from your refund.
To ensure the fastest processing of your return, please use the RMA system in our web store by logging into your account and following each step in this quick process:
1. In your account, select “Review” for the order you wish to return.
2. Click the “Add New RMA” button.
3. Enter the quantity of any items you wish to return.
4. Enter the reason for the return.
5. Choose refund or credit.
6. Add any additional comments.
7. Click “Save RMA”.
HRDQ will review your RMA and provide a response within one business day. Once approved, you may pack up your items and return them to our warehouse. Note that all products must arrive at our warehouse in unused, resalable condition, so please pack them carefully. We recommend you ship returns by traceable means and insured for the value of your order. Note that some products, such as software, downloads, customized products, sale items, and other product, may not be returnable.

If you would like to order by mail or fax, you can download our PDF order form. Our fax number is 610.279.0524 (you’ll also find it printed at the top of the form).
We welcome international orders. Where possible your order will be shipped from one of our distribution partners to reduce delivery times, cost, and taxes. Some international orders are shipped using FedEx from our warehouse in Pennsylvania. Pricing is based on U.S. funds only. Free shipping or discounted shipping promotions are not applicable to international orders. Additional taxes, tariffs, or shipping/handling expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
