Legacy Leadership

What is it that great leaders do that other leaders don’t? Jeannine Sandstrom and Lee Smith believe the true test of a great leader lies not in their day-to-day, week-to-week, or month-to-month achievements, but whether their actions and behaviors move the organization toward a positive future. This is the focus of the Legacy Leadership Learning System, a suite of assessment and development tools created by Sandstrom and Smith that HRDQ will publish later this year.

The system includes a robust and statistically proven multi-rater online assessment (incorporating a personalized browser-based action-planning application with milestones and calendar built right into the application) and materials for an off-the-shelf, instructor-led training program that includes a presentation of the Five Best Practices that make up the Legacy Leadership model.  We’ll release more details as we near publication. In the meantime, if you’d like to be involved in helping HRDQ norm the assessment and test the action-planning application, or if you are interested in incorporating Legacy Leadership into your coaching practice, please send an email to us at editorial@hrdq.com.
